Dr. Davis has over 30 years of experience in K12 education, having most recently worked in Duval County Public Schools.  Over the course of her career, she has been a teacher principal, district-level administrator, and chief of staff.  Presently, she is an executive coach supporting C-suite professionals with improving their workplace performance.  Davis is an award winning author and she leverages the principles outlined in her book, Growth Matters as core elements of her coaching framework.  Her impact areas are:  coaching, leadership development, and strategic planning.
